Paula joined Synergy ENT Specialists in August 2003 as Practice Manager, bringing over 25 years of surgical medical experience and a medical assistant degree.
She led the day-to-day operations until 2018 when she took over the role as Director of Billing. Paula provides the to dedicated and focused management of billing, which is critically essential for our growing and ever so busy medical practice.
