Morgan earned her Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Missouri–Columbia and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in Wisconsin. She began her career as a hospitalist physician assistant, where she developed strong clinical skills managing a wide range of medical conditions
and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in an inpatient setting. Over time, she developed a strong interest in ENT care, drawn to its detail-oriented nature and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through focused treatment.
