(Nasdaq:ENTL), a medical technology company focused on products for the minimally invasive treatment of chronic and recurrent sinusitis patients in the physician office setting or operating room, announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 5,294,117 shares of its common stock (including 690,537 shares purchased by the underwriters pursuant to an option to purchase additional shares) at a public offering price of $17.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $90.0 million before underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares began trading on The NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “ENTL” on January 29, 2015.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Piper Jaffray acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. William Blair and Canaccord Genuity acted as co-managers.
