The staff are very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me and showed me pictures so that I could see the difference between a normal sinus area and what mine looked like. I have to have surgery. But I left there feeling confident that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Synergy ENT Specialist

Never, have I ever, experienced the care, support, and kindness that St. Louis Sinus center gave me. It was just not one person that went above and beyond, but the ENTIRE STAFF. I have probably gotten to meet a majority of the staff members throughout my septoplasty journey, and every single one made you feel like you were the only patient in the world. Dr. Gould did a beautiful job and I can breath like I have never before, furthermore, every single staff member went above and beyond what was required of them to make this a gold status operation. If I were to recommend only one place out of every single place that exists in the world, I would recommend the St.Louis Sinus Center for any of your Ent related needs. I cannot stress how much they have done, do, and will continue to do for each one of their patients, no matter who they are. I thank every single staff member of both the Sinus Center and the Twin Cities Surgery Center

I met with Jenny today about a chronic ear infection. She reviewed my test results, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure that I understood my care plan moving forward. The appointment wasn’t rushed and I would absolutely recommend seeing Jenny. I will say if you go to the office in St Louis, park in the parking garage behind the building (behind Commerce) for entrance & access to the elevator to the second floor. I parked outside Starbucks initially and walked around looking for an external entry point which I did not find. If you experience dizziness or vertigo, the elevator doesn’t impact it much, but I didn’t see access to stairs.
