I recommend STL Sinus Center to everyone. The staff is kind and welcoming. Jenny, PA did an incredible job explaining everything while showing me my CT scans and scope findings. Big shout out to Lindsey for helping me deal with my insurance. Zach helped coached me through my first visit and post-op day. I called several times with different questions and concerns and the team here was very responsive and always willing to help. I am going back for allergy testing. 10/10 recommend.

I have been sick for years! I have had other sinus sugerys that failed. I can smell and taste ! Dr Gould is best and his staff is amazing!!!.

This was my first visit here. Everyone from the front desk, to those doing testing, intake process and the doctor were fantastic. Very professional and personable. I have now been back 2 more times and have spoken on the phone to them. I was in business for over 40 years and led a nonprofit organization for over 20 years as well. I studied organizational culture and know how difficult it is to build a great culture among everyone in the organization. This business has obviously done a great job building a great patient oriented culture. I would recommend this business to everyone.

Amazing! The staff is professional and kind, all about helping you and getting you back where you need to be. The place is modern and extremely clean, its cold in there so don't wear shorts. Jordan was awesome, I can't say enough great things about this place.

I have a long story that started with sinus headaches. After multiple visits to Urgent Care I was advised to see a ENT so I found Synergy. Diagnosed with many allergies, set up for shots to help and having the Balloon procedure my allergies were getting better but headaches persisted. My primary gave me a referral for a neurologist so I made an appointment which at the soonest was 9 months out. One day while getting my weekly allergy shots I mentioned I was still having these chronic headaches and she immediately took me up and got me an appointment with Jenny within a couple days. I poured out all the info I had on these headaches. She spoke with the Dr and next thing I knew had an appointment for me for the next month . It was wonderful to have people who listen and actually care what you're going through. I am very happy I chose their office for my allergies cause they've helped so much more!
