Great & friendly service!!

My visit today at STL Sinus Center was good. The check-in team was professional & friendly. Zack, who took my vitals and did my CT, was also friendly & professional. Alexus made me feel like a long-lost friend. She had a way of making me feel like opening up with her questions . Very personable. And finally, April was accomodarig in setting me up with appointments and summarizing my visit .

Great experience! Very welcoming environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ashley, Lauren, Jenny and Paige were great!

This place changed my life. First the people are incredibly helpful, friendly, and Dr Gould is the best. I lived with sinus pain and allergies for probably 20 years, and now that I have gotten the balloon surgery I feel like a new man. Could not recommend that procedure and this place any more.

The staff at the St Louis office were professional and courteous. The team knew their job and didn't waist any of my time. They gathered the facts there in house for a proper diagnosis and the PA explained every detail. I'm very impressed. Communication with the office staff, with the PA, and the allergy testing was more than I anticipated.

Called yesterday to seen about getting, thanks to them, they gave an appointment for today. Couldn’t believe getting that quick, drove 90 miles and glad I did. Test they ran and scan of my sinus was very clear images, they explained very good so I understood everything as we went through it. Just hope procedures turn out as good.

Super professional and friendly. Did a great job explaining things without applying pressure to receive treatments; I didn't feel like I was being sold a service, I felt like I was dealing with professionals who wanted the best for me!
