I’ve been dealing with chronic moderate to severe Sinusitis for yearssss and I finally got the answers and treatment I need!

I had septum surgery with Dr. James Gould in April 2025 and a balloon procedure in November 2025. My insurance denied the balloon twice and made me wait six months, but Dr. Gould personally stepped in, handled the peer-to-peer call, and got it approved. They scheduled me six days later. The results have been life-changing. I can breathe clearly, I sleep great, and I can finally smell again. My wife is sleeping better too now that I’m not snoring like a construction project. The staff deserves just as much credit. Jason did a great job numbing me for the procedure. Megan always made sure I was comfortable. Jenny was amazing and always took the time to walk me through everything. Dan handled one of my follow-ups and did an excellent job making sure everything healed properly. Every PA, nurse, and front-desk staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. This practice is run the right way. If you’re dealing with sinus problems, this is the place you want to go. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and how much better my life feels now!!

Friendly staff and very helpful

This was my first visit & I went in rather apprehensive. The entire staff made me feel comfortable & calm. Maggie was outstanding & we bonded right away. I’m having a procedure done & feel very confident & calm about it.

The Sinus Center does wonderful work. I have not been able to breathe easily for years. Breathing with no sinus infections is a real blessing.

The nurse practitioner,Jenny, was extremely nice and very detailed in showing me what was going on with my sinuses. The place is also very very clean! I really enjoyed my visit with St Louis Sinus center and look forward to my next visit!
