I had such a great experience with my septoplasty and balloon sinoplasty. I can finally breathe! The whole team is amazing - from reception, MA, PA and Dr. Gould. They were very responsive when I had questions after the procedure, even after hours. I can’t say anything negative about this office. Great job, team!

My experience here was amazing. The staff is incredibly attentive to detail and there is a clear strategy behind your care. First and foremost, they are thorough in listening to you and in the examination process, very specific in reviewing instructions and needed items and then reinforcing information by giving you print outs reiterating the discussion and giving you plenty of time to prepare for what is ahead. They care about proactive pain management and antibiotics. I suffered for more than a year with different diagnoses, none of them aligning with what I suspected, a sinus infection on one side of my face. They fit me into their schedule quickly, I had a procedure a short time later and a few weeks out I feel better than I have in more than a year and, likely, years. Everyone with sinus problems in St. Louis should start here first.

I was dealing with rebound congestion from overusing Sinex nasal spray. After stopping the spray for 2 months, the congestion never went away and my nose was completely swollen on the inside. I went to Synergy ENT in Festus because of my friend suggesting them. They got me in within 1 day. They were very thorough on the first visit, and I never felt rushed. CT was done and they sat down with me and explained everything. It was determined that I needed Balloon Sinuplasty, Turbinate Reduction, and Ethmoidectomy. They got me in for the procedure in just 3 weeks. They did all they could to make me comfortable the day of the procedure including pain and anxiety medication. Plus numbing. I had blood and crust in my nose that had been there for probably 4 months so when they scraped that out during the procedure, it was very painful. But they kept numbing me more every time I said I was in pain. I could tell they really cared and did not want me to feel pain. The actual procedure was not painful. Only pressure. The only thing that hurt was scraping the dried blood and crust out of my nose. Which I think was just unique to my situation. All in all, I can tell they care about their patients and their comfort. I am thankful for what they have done for me and look forward to healing fully. I’d suggest this ENT any day. The nurses, medical assistants, other staff, and Dr. Gould are great people who care about their patients. They even have me thinking about doing some kind of medical writing as a future career (we talked about my career during the procedure to take my mind off things lol). It was a good suggestion! Anyways, 10/10 to them.

THE ONLY ENT OFFICE YOU SHOULD SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH! Probably the best experience with any doctor I have ever had. They got me in next day when other ENTs were scheduling 3 and 4 months out. I was in and out in UNDER an hour WITH IMAGING. I'm talking from the moment I walked in the door to out the door was less than an hour... And at no point did I feel rushed or that I wasn't getting the information I needed. I was not waiting more than 2 minutes between the each step in my appointment. The staff was incredible. Jenny and Page were both thorough and friendly. I felt like I made 2 new friends today. They were very empathetic and kind. Explaining everything. I don't don't understand how they can make the environment so quick and professional, yet so friendly and Peaceful. Thank you Page and Jenny.

Dr. Gould and his staff are amazing. If I could give a higher rating than five stars, I would. For 18 months, I suffered with chronic drainage in the back of my throat, which caused constant and severe coughing. I saw two internists, a different ENT, a pulmonologist and an allergist. While I was given numerous drugs to address the symptoms, no one could determine the cause. After one visit, Dr. Gould reread the CAT scan of my nasal passages that had been done four months prior and performed another CAT scan in his office. He determined that I had a chronic sinusitis problem in my ethmoid sinuses, which had led to other complications in my nasal passages. He performed a procedure in his office that fixed the problem. Within five weeks, my symptoms were completely gone. His staff is also amazing. In particular, Shannon and Jenny were wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and they follow up on any questions you might have. I would highly recommend this office to anyone suffering from a nasal problem.

I recently had septoplasty and balloon sinus dilation. It was an excellent experience throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gould did an amazing job with my surgery. Recovery was not bad at all. It is life changing to be able to breathe through my nose. I am truly grateful for the St Louis Sinus Center.
