Dr. Gould and his staff are amazing. If I could give a higher rating than five stars, I would. For 18 months, I suffered with chronic drainage in the back of my throat, which caused constant and severe coughing. I saw two internists, a different ENT, a pulmonologist and an allergist. While I was given numerous drugs to address the symptoms, no one could determine the cause. After one visit, Dr. Gould reread the CAT scan of my nasal passages that had been done four months prior and performed another CAT scan in his office. He determined that I had a chronic sinusitis problem in my ethmoid sinuses, which had led to other complications in my nasal passages. He performed a procedure in his office that fixed the problem. Within five weeks, my symptoms were completely gone. His staff is also amazing. In particular, Shannon and Jenny were wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and they follow up on any questions you might have. I would highly recommend this office to anyone suffering from a nasal problem.

I had balloon sinuplasty In the office of Dr.Gould. Everything was awesome from when I walked in and walked out. The sinuplasty went great. I tell everyone I see with sinus issues to go to the best ENT Dr.Gould I know and trust. I live close to poplar bluff not that far to see a awesome specialist. He is the best ENT specialist I have ever seen.

I recently had septoplasty and balloon sinus dilation. It was an excellent experience throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gould did an amazing job with my surgery. Recovery was not bad at all. It is life changing to be able to breathe through my nose. I am truly grateful for the St Louis Sinus Center.

I made an appointment with St. Louis Sinus Center after many months of what I thought was allergies. My symptoms were awful with constant runny nose and congestion. I’d lost my sense of smell and taste. Nothing worked to fix it. Making an appointment was easy and the communication stream between their office and myself was excellent. I was warmly greeted and the process to begin my new patient status was smooth and simple. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient - I went through the examination and CAT scan very quickly. A medical technician then met with me to explain their findings from the scan. Everything was explained clearly with visuals and nasal camera so I could see exactly what was going on in my sinuses. It turned out that I had a massive sinus infection with almost complete blockage of all 3 sets of sinuses, including swollen turbinates. I was then met by a manager, Shannon, who was amazing! She talked me through the business side of things, the costs, medications, and procedures, and worked with my budget to make my healing and recovery a stress-free and painless experience. By the time I left the office, my pharmacy already had my prescriptions ready for pickup. Shannon was sure to stay in touch with me via text to make sure things were going well and to answer any questions. Again, the office was outstanding in their communication. I sensed genuine care and concern from everyone at the center for my wellbeing. I was scheduled for surgery a month later and the staff walked me through the steps, making sure I was comfortable and my questions were answered. Surgery was tolerable with minimal discomfort. Dr. Gould was peaceful and calming. I was given excellent care post-surgery, and appreciated personal follow up. The results of my experience? Yesterday I smelled the pine needles and the fresh air, the water from the nearby river; I smelled the snacks my students were munching on and the stench from the flood damage in the school basement. I tasted my favorite meal for the first time in 8 months-Grandma’s fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and Dutch green beans! I can sleep at night and not snore, sneeze, or mouth-breathe! I never felt pain and the recovery has been easy. No dryness, little stuffiness, no more constant drainage. I can sing songs again! I’m looking forward to the swelling going down and my voice returning to normal. Thank you for everything, Shannon, staff, and Dr. Gould!

STL Sinus Center is a First Class Operation! The initial consultation was very well presented, procedure details explained and staff was extremely professional! The CT was like 15 -20 seconds with very little radiation and the PA showed all the issues from the CT and helped answer why I had been suffering from my chronic sinus problems and related sleeping issues. The follow up from the staff the next day after my procedure was equally professional, the staff was very caring and helpful! I am excited about the future and glad I decided to have the procedure behind me now! I have recommended the procedure to my twin brother and several friends.
