Honestly this is the most impressive doctors office I’ve ever visited. Every person I dealt with there was extremely competent and helpful. Dr Gould helped me develop a plan, then Lesley went above and beyond to get my Sinuplasty done the same week. The doctor did amazing work, and his nurses made sure I knew exactly what to do during and post procedure. The sense of teamwork and positive bedside manner was unmistakable here. As a nurse, I can say this is where you want to go for treatment

Not only is Dr. Gould a renowned expert in his field but he and his staff are nothing short of extraordinary! The level of personal care they provide is exceptional to say the least. Had some complications with bleeding after the baloon procedure and ended up in the emergency room bc sinus center was closed but I called and they paged Dr.Gould and he called me immediately he worked with the emergency department in everyday he could. The bleeding would not stop it was very scarey. Dr.Gould went above and beyond to help even though he was done at office for the day. He gave us his personal cell number and worked with the ER team and later in the night called and spoke with the ENT who had to be called in to go in and fix the bleeding. This whole situation was new to us and very scary. Dr.Gould was so nice and kind in and out of office his whole team was nice but he gets a 10 out of 10 highly recommend in my book even with our issues I would still go back and trust him fully with my care and my family. Thank you Dr.Gould and team.
