I had this procedure performed on May 7th. All the years of Dristan, Afrin, allergy pills just so I could breathe are gone. I mean gone. Dr. Gould is a rock star and a very cool guy. My CPAP would only work for a few hours before I would get stopped up and have to turn it off. That's gone forever. Usually for a lot of us things are not ever as good as advertised, my results exceeded every expectation. I'm a new person. The procedure was painless and the results were immediate. I had a little bloody nose in the afternoon and it was gone in the morning. I really over did it when I got home because I felt so good. Great facility and staff, just had my follow up today, they are buttoned up there on time and no waiting. Love this place but don't plan going back because my results were great. Thank you again Dr. Gould, yea I'll come back for a 6 month follow but just to say hi. Procedure was balloon dilation. 3 month update 8/17/2021 Just as good as day one. Yes It worked great and I'm still amazed. Many thanks again. See you later in the year.

Overall professionalism front to back....!!

I love Dr. Gould and his staff are great as well. He did my thyroid surgery and I must say he was meticulous next to no scar and minimal pain. He is caring and personable and does not rush. I had a follow up with him this week and the only downside is all of the tests they want me to have. My insurance is .... well $3000 deductible and I am semi retired. Cindy the PA was very nice.

I have been going to Dr Gould for over a decade. He is always nice, explains everything, and he knows his stuff. Really makes you feel cared for and always has your best interest at heart. His faculties and his staff is also top notch. I can not say nothing good about him.
