Everyone is always nice and extremely helpful

My first appointment was during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Staff was incredible, they definitely have their stuff together. After my initial examination Dr. Gould suggested a CT Scan for my sinus and allergy testing, after which he was very encouraging that he could help me. I’m now two weeks out of sinuplasty surgery and turbinate reduction. I feel better already and have begun immunotherapy for my allergies. I cannot say enough good things about St. Louis Sinus Center. I wish I had done this years ago. TJ

Shout out to Synergy Allergy ENT in Festus for quickly putting together a mobile allergy shot location so that patients don’t miss out on shots for too long with COVID -19! My daughter hasn’t had shots in over a month with all this craziness and now we have a safe place to go. With Spring upon us, she needs them now more than ever and I appreciate the hard work of all our favorite allergy employees to make this happen!

Dr. Schuman was very caring and answered all my questions and calmed my fears. Some were questions I had waited years for answers to. She was gentle with the exam. I now have a treatment plan in place and feel so relieved. Everyone in the office was polite, caring and attentive. I would recommend her to anyone!

My entire experience with Synergy ENT has been nothing but outstanding. Every person I have interacted with has been kind, patient, considerate, and knowledgeable. From Dr. Gould performing my balloon procedure to Dr Schuman on my follow ups, the allergy test and shot administrators, front staff, nurses, etc. Everyone has been so great. Additionally, Paula in the billing department is literally the best billing specialist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When my insurance pushed back and questioned things, she was on top of it all. She is knowledgeable and prompt. I wish every medical office could be as all around good as Synergy ENT.
