Called yesterday to seen about getting, thanks to them, they gave an appointment for today. Couldn’t believe getting that quick, drove 90 miles and glad I did. Test they ran and scan of my sinus was very clear images, they explained very good so I understood everything as we went through it. Just hope procedures turn out as good.

Super professional and friendly. Did a great job explaining things without applying pressure to receive treatments; I didn't feel like I was being sold a service, I felt like I was dealing with professionals who wanted the best for me!

All of the staff has been so incredibly friendly! I went in with severe allergies and problems from a nose break I had a few years back. Dan was able to quickly identify my deviated septum and Dr. Gould was able to get me in for a Septoplasty within a month time and a week after that procedure I had my balloon procedure. The communication from the office throughout the entire process has been so sincere and appreciated. Carson is absolutely wonderful as well, she made she I was comfortable as can be during my post-op appointment as well being very accommodating. My allergy test was thorough and the young lady was so sweet who did it. I love how they give you multiple treatment options to best fit your budget, schedule, and comfortability level. I defiantly recommend Dr. Gould's office for any of your ENT needs. I am so glad that I chose them for my care and they took such good care of me throughout the whole process.

Great friendly service

The St. Louis Sinus Center has been the best doctor's office I've even been to, hands down. If you are experiencing any issues with your nose, mouth, ears, etc, you will recieve above and beyond care here. I came in just to talk about allergy testing due to uncomfortable chronic sneezing & runny nose, and they found that I had a severe deviated septum & would need surgery & sinus balloon dilation. The doctor was very informative, and helped me understand just what I was looking at on the picture scans of my sinuses. The doctor made me feel very hopeful about the future of my sinus symptoms, and I'm looking forward to breathing better thanks to the team here. I am transgender, which a lot of people have strong feelings about. When I go to doctor's offices, I frequently experience staff that is unkind and dismissive to me. Rest assured that if you are unusual in some way, you will still recieve care that is professional, kind, and respectful. They used the name I preferred without any conversation on the matter. I recommend this place 100%
