I love this office. They are professional and kind. The best medical decision I have made is having services here. The surgery has improved my life greatly.

Dr. Gould is the man!! I originally went to Dr. Gould due to chronic sinus congestion and pressure throughout most of my life. It was a plus to see that Dr Gould and the Sinus Center also specialized in sleeping issues (I had/have sleep apnea). When first speaking with Dr. Gould you will notice his patience and undivided attention listening to your concerns and with answering any questions you have. He explained the options to remedy my problems in as simple or complex terms as I wanted, (I tend to ask lots of questions).. sry Dr. Gould. Lol I was originally on a CPAP machine for around 6 years and was not having luck with the treatment. Dr. Gould recommend, due to the size of my tonsils, to remove them, along with fixing my deviated septum, and the balloon sinuplasty procedure for my sinus issues. Long story short, the tonsillectomy and fixing the deviated septum at my age, was not exactly a fun recovery, but once complete I could breathe out of my nostrils like I never thought possible. I am also no longer in need of wearing CPAP every night! The balloon sinuplasty, (on my end), was a fast and easy procedure. It was done before I knew it and my sinus issues have improved over 90% from what they were. I also cannot forget to thank the staff at the center. Everyone was great answering my questions and throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gould for the these procedures. He changed my life for the better. Thanks Dr. Gould!

After years of struggling with multiple month sinus infections over the winter months as well as everyday allergies, I finally made an appointment to see Dr Gould from Jeff Burton with the Rizzuto show. I met with him for consultation and had allergy testing showing I had high allergies along with the sinus issues which were cause by a narrowing in my nose. I started allergy shots and had ballon sinus dilation about a month later in the middle of COVID and Dr Gould and his staff took every precaution to take the best care of me considering all of the additional COVID precautions. The surgery went well with some pain but the next day I was already breathing much better while sleeping. I Didn't think that the surgery would help with that but I am now over 5 months post surgery and I have no sinus infections and few sneezes a few times a week. I am breathing much better and having fewer allergy attacks all within the last 6 months. Love Dr Gould and all of his staff are amazing and so very helpful!

My husband and I recently had Septoplasty and balloon sinus dilation with Dr James Gould. .He repaired his this July, and shortly after healing my husband said he’s never felt this great in his life. And no more snoring!!!! This then pushed me to get in; I was always tired, always low energy, nasal drainage and cough daily, difficulty breathing with everything I’d do, chronic sinus infections for 10+ years of my life, etc. Turned out I had a severely deviated septum that was limiting my air flow and I never knew it. They have a CT/allergy testing in office. And after a quick review of our test results pre-op, Dr. Gould and his PA knew EXACTLY what we both needed to fix us. I had my Septoplasty and balloon dilation done on 9/25/2020. I am still healing, recovery is mild, but I can notice a huge difference and finally can sleep without taking a sleep aid , have the energy and positivity back in my life because I’m finally getting the airflow /O2 I need ! Dr. Gould & Staff did wonders for my husband and I! Everyone there is very efficient setting up all our appointments , always very nice and helpful, and the office is very clean and beautiful.
