I made a consultation here finally after years of sinus and allergy problems. Dr. Gould and his staff knew exactly the treatment I needed and what to do to prevent future problems. I had to have a surgery, and as this was my first surgery, Dr. Gould and his staff made me feel at ease and answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this office and wish I made an appointment sooner.

I'm EXTREMELY impressed with Dr. Steitz and his team! I have been wanting an otoplasty for years due to prominent ears bothering me my whole life. I met with (and received quotes from) several surgeons around STL and even in KC & Chicago. I didn't feel 100% comfortable with anyone until I met Dr. Steitz. His price was fair but most importantly he was extremely attentive to listening to what I wanted while also being conservative in his approach to achieve the most natural result (which I really appreciated!) This is exactly what I was looking for and I actually booked my surgery with him before leaving the office. I'm now about 6 weeks post-op and I'm SO happy with the results! Surgery was super comfortable under local anesthesia and recovery was nearly painless. I would honestly do it again a million times. I can't sing enough of his praises!

I had a balloon dilation procedure... scared to death! The staff put my mind at ease, as they prepped me. Dr. Dould is amazing, very kind to me. Walked me through the process, which helped with my anxiety!! I was surprised how fast the procedure took! After the procedure, you feel like you have a severe sinus infection! But im used to that! I've suffered from chronic sinusitis for years! I'm very pleased in the outcome of the treatment I received. Thank you to all the staff & Dr. Dould in taking good care of me!!! I suffered with seasonal allergies and sinus issues my entire life. Finally after a sinus infection that landed me in urgent care, I decided to get serious about treatment. After some research I contacted the STL Sinus Center. Mind you, this was during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic and a very difficult time for everyone and especially those in the medical field. From that first phone call, the Staff at STL Sinus Center has been nothing short of phenomenal. Adherence to heath and safety concerns were seamlessly followed, with attention to detail courteously explaining the protocol. My initial appointment took approximately two hours, consisting of an examination, CT Scan and allergy test. Dr. Gould read my results and recommended a course of treatment, encouraging me that he was confident he could help me get some relief. I immediately began treatment for my allergies and the weeks later I had sinuplasty and removal of turbinates. Within days I resumed normal activities and almost immediately could breathe better. Continuing allergy treatment and follow-up visits were with Staff. Again the Staff was always available, courteous and very professional. Today I had my last visit with Dr. Gould and all is well. This treatment has changed my quality of life. I cannot thank Dr. Gould and his Staff enough and highly recommend the STL Sinus Center.

My experience with Dr. Steitz and his office was so terrific. He is such a great and caring doctor from the first time you enter his office. He explains everything to you from start to finish. My first appointment was during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Staff was incredible, they definitely have their stuff together. After my initial examination Dr. Gould suggested a CT Scan for my sinus and allergy testing, after which he was very encouraging that he could help me. I’m now two weeks out of sinuplasty surgery and turbinate reduction. I feel better already and have begun immunotherapy for my allergies. I cannot say enough good things about St. Louis Sinus Center. I wish I had done this years ago. TJ
