Long overdue review here. I have a heck of a case of chronic sinusitis stemming from a tooth abscess and after visiting roughly 8 or 9 other ENT's in the area I discovered St. Louis Sinus Center. My condition was out of the realm typical sinusitis and conventional diagnostics didn't reveal much. Dr. Gould listened and didn't dismiss me and what I knew to be the truth about what I was experiencing. He is obviously highly educated and skilled but what sets him apart (IMO) is his compassion and ability to think outside the box when needed. I needed multiple sinus surgeries and every other doctor I saw said I didn't but he and his staff listened (although don't get me wrong he was far from a doctor that pushes unnecessary procedures). He's easy to talk to and genuinely cares probably more than any other doctor I've ever been to. So, if you need sinus work done or want a top notch ENT, this place is of the best in the Midwest.

Dr. Gould and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. We took a 2-hour drive to visit him and they were all so accommodating. Luckily, he didn't see the problem that my prior ENT saw and he did a thorough exam and CT scan right there in his office! I will have the balloon procedure as soon as I'm cleared by my cardiologist and I'm actually not nearly as scared of this as I have been previously. Dr. Gould made me feel safe and secure and that I'll be in the very best of hands!!

Dr Gould and his staff are consistently friendly and professional. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions about my procedure. My breathing got a lot easier afterwards! The waiting area and exam rooms are very clean, and it's obvious the necessary COVID-19 protocols are in place.

I drove 495 miles from MI to visit Dr. Gould and was impressed within the first 5 min. of the visit. I have had the balloon procedure and started an allergy program and could not be happier. This 54 year old individual has not breathed through my nose this clear in at least 15 years. I strongly recommend Dr. Gould and his outstanding team to ANYONE having sinus issues.
