I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I got to my appointment 30 minutes early. They called me in almost immediately; I barely had time to act like I was responding to an important business email while actually playing Candy Crush Saga (also 5 stars). So they brought me back for a 30 second CT scan and dropped me off with Dawn for an allergy test. There were like 5 people ahead of me, so I expected this to be a brutal wait... not at all! Dawn is a straight up needle ninja. Don’t get in her way when she’s in the zone or you’re gonna get poked with pollen juice. While her stabbing skills were impressive, her people skills were even better. She knew every patients’ name (except Libby’s) and had inside jokes with most of them. No joke, Dawn is the best employee I’ve witnessed in any profession, at any business... And I’ve been to like a dozen businesses so I know what I’m talking about. Finished up the appointment by meeting with the NP for a review of my CT scan. Professional, thorough, and I never felt rushed. All in all, an unparalleled experience. They’ll make you wish you had more ENT issues.

Dr. Gould and his team at the St. Louis Sinus Center are amazing. Before I saw him, I was really miserable and only getting 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night. He did thorough testing and evaluation and found I had chronic rhinitis/sinus infections, severe allergies and mild sleep apnea. I did the balloon sinus dilation this last Friday. It went very smoothly and wasn't painful, during or after the procedure. It didn't take long. It's only been less than a week and I am already breathing and sleeping better. It's like night and day; 1000% better. Thank you, Dr. Gould!

Dr. Gould truly cares for his patients. He teaches other doctors from all over the country to do the techniques he uses. He saved my life by addressing both Sinus and allergy issues. It's true that their billing department had issues in the past but they have an excellent team in place now and billing issues have been addressed. If you have trouble with sinuses, allergies, or even hearing this is the office and the Doctor you need.

Dr. Schuman is AMAZING ! She lets you talk & she is so patient ! I never felt rushed out the door. Dr. Schuman is very kind ! Her staff are friendly & nice !

I recently saw Dr. Gould complaining of snoring and sleep apnea, since college (I'm now 47). He checked me out at my initial appointment (first visit to Dr. Gould) and found my uvula to be enlarged and also narrow nasal passages, both contributing to snoring. I decided to go ahead with 2 procedures he recommended, one to widen my nasal passages, and one to remove my uvula (the dangly thing at the back of the throat, which apparently serves no purpose, as an appendix or tonsils, but can contribute to snoring and sleep apnea). The UPPP (uvula removal) recovery is tough...2 weeks of painful soreness but it was worth it. Dr. Gould saw me at my follow up appointment one week post-surgery and said I would feel better in about a week. He was right! I am now 2.5 weeks out of the outpatient surgery procedure and feel great, and my husband said I NO LONGER SNORE. I am getting great sleep and feel much more rested! Thanks to Dr. Gould and the great staff at St. Louis Sinus Center. They are professional, friendly, and helped me with all my questions before and after the procedure.

The doctor was thorough on checking my issue & I was in & out reasonably fast. Very friendly people!
