Provide Feedback

Dr. Taylor is absolutely wonderful!!! She is thorough and relies on feedback her patients are providing so she can get the tones (whatever they are called) just right for your hearing aids in order to hear. She will go over and over with you to make sure her patients can hear. And, not only that, if one is having problems after they go home you can call her and she will have you return so that additional adjustments (if necessary) can be made.

I have not been able to breathe or smell my entire life. I did this 30 minute procedure. When I came out of the office everything was a 100%. I can breathe PERFECTLY through my nose. The procedure itself was not too uncomfortable it was similar to a Dennis visit and as far as recovery I'm on day 2 in its just a little painful. I would definitely recommend. I will say that I was seen by Dr. Gould about 45 minutes late of my scheduled appointment time... BUT it was well worth my wait. He and his wonderful staff figured out why I have been so sick with my sinuses. I am scheduled for a balloon sinuplasty and cannot wait to get on the road to recovery!... He and his wonderful staff figured out why I have been so sick with my sinuses. I am scheduled for a balloon sinuplasty and cannot wait to get on the road to recovery!... Dr. Gould and his staff are thorough, professional, efficient and personable. It has been one week since my procedure and feeling better than I have felt in a long long time. The last 2 ENTs that I saw gave me nose spray that I would take forever without any other options. Dr. Gould looked at what was causing my problem instead of treating the symptoms. At this time, I am very happy.
