My husband has been in severe pain with both ears since May, 2018. Been on many rounds of antibiotics. Called ENT SYNERGY specialist and Cynthia Emily got him in the same day and discovered the real problem! It was due to his diabetes and he had developed a fungus in his ears. She told us a solution to put in both ears, prescribed special ear drops, and different antibiotics and stressed the importance of watching his sugars. He is feeling better! I've had to call the office twice with questions and she personally talked to me! Very professional, compassionate, and caring person! Thank you for making him feel better!💝💝💝

Dr Gould's staff are very polite, efficient and helpful. Some know me by name and greet me with a smile. Dr Gould also is very helpful and takes excellent care of my needs.
