I was having an ENT problem and chose to go to Synergy ENT Specialists because my mother had a great experience there. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Schuman and the staff. Based on my symptoms Dr. Schuman could have easily told me it will just take time. However, something troubled her and she didn't feel comfortable doing that. She took a personal interest, just like my mother got from another physician in this group. After testing she called me personally to give me her thoughts and continues to assist me to find the answer. I worked in healthcare for over 45 years and have seen a lot of physicians. Synergy ENT stands out as one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff is friendly, they get back to you quickly, and they follow up. They're just a great group of professionals. You'll never find a better medical office environment/experience than you will find here. I recommend them very highly.

Life changing is really the only way to describe it. I had the Balloon Sinuplasty done in January 2018 and also went on the allergy prevention drops the same time. Prior to that I had constant sinus infections that seemed like within 20 minutes would turn into sore throat (from what little drainage there was) and 30 minutes later I would have bronchitis that would last from October to mid May every single year. It was getting to the point I was getting sinus infections and bronchitis in the Summer. Since the procedure, not one sinus infection or bout with bronchitis. I can't recommend it enough.

Very pleasant and professional staff

Started getting crazy sinus infections at age 30... Maybe 2 to 3 year that took at least a month to look off each time. 5 years of that and I visited Dr. Gould. The facility is easily the nicest, most clean medical facility I've ever been to. Had the surgery and was part of the small minority who struggled after. After a rough couple weeks following the surgery, everyday got better. It's been about 4 months now and no sinus infections at all. The whole process has been great. Would recommend every time.
