Very professional staff! The Doctor and his staff explained the procedure, which subsequently removed all fears and concerns. The Doctor conducted pre-exams and post exams to ensure there were no complications before or after surgery. He is very thorough and has great bedside manners. I would recommend Dr Gould to any person having thyroid, and or Sinus issues.

Dr Schuman put tubes in both of my ears a year ago. I have not had an ear infection since. I was having at least two a month! She is very nice and informative and the staff is so polite.

All the staff and most of all Dr. Schuman and Dr. Gould are wonderful people. Everyone is there to help in anyway they can or to listen to you. Couldn't ask for a better office staff
