The only negative thing I have to say is that my wait time to see the Dr. was longer than usual but they apologized and made me very comfortable. They answered all my answers and made sure I understood. very clean environment. I've already recommend to family and coworkers.

Dr. Gould and his team are amazing! Made me feel comfortable since day one and they are all caring and knowledgeable!! I had balloon sinus dilation and a uvulaplasty. Both procedures were done quickly in house with mininal discomfort! The dilation had zero pain after and I havent had a sinus infection in the 6 months since!! The uvulaplasty was a bit of a painful recovery for 2 weeks but well worth it in the end! I sleep great now and no more snoring!! Thanks again to Dr. Gould and his staff!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Dr. Gould and his staff were wonderful. They all took the time to answer any and all questions and made sure I was satisfied with the answers. The office is stunning! I strongly recommend St. Louis Sinus Center.

This office is absolutely beautiful, so I know Dr. Gould is doing something right to be able to have such a lovely facility and equipment. The staff were extremely kind and Dr. Gould is very down to earth in his explanations. The wait was only a few minutes, also, which is far less than most specialists. I look forward to my future surgery and experience with Dr. Gould and his staff.

I researched ENT facilities as I would research any medical facility that treat heart, lung, cancer, etc. treatment because I wanted the best possible nasal care available. I was guided to the St. Louis Sinus Center, under the care and treatment of Dr. Gould, his associates and his outside support staff would best serve my needs and treatment. This is not your typical Doctors office, far from it. The moment I walked in I was greeted with the friendliest professional staff members I have experienced; courteous, caring, quick and extremely proficient. The cleanliness, decorum and relaxing music far exceeded my expectations and unmatched from any other facility I have been exposed to. Dr. Gould and his staff were the ultimate professionals explaining every detail of the procedure that was going to be performed during my initial consultation. I had nasal surgery performed many years ago from sports injuries and the treatment was medieval. Dr. Gould immediately identified the past treatment and continuous ongoing blockage I received and made his diagnosis with the aid of new technical equipment he has invested in. The extreme issues I have been experiencing for the past 20 + years have not been pleasant, but that was what I became accustomed to as being "normal'. The procedure performed was 100% painless, and I was wide awake. Yes, I was mildly sedated, but this allowed Dr. Gould to ask me questions and explain to me the entire process with minimum modification from the original consultation/diagnosis. I was totally at ease and confident with his recommendations for additional treatment upon his discovery that original scans/x-rays did not reveal at first.
