By far the nicest, most professional and knowledgeable staff I have ever met. And Dr. Gould was the fourth ENT I had been too. The P.A., Cynthia Emily is wonderful too, along with the entire allergy team. Such a beautiful office as well, very comfortable. I had balloon sinuplasty with a cyclone rinse last friday, December 29th, and I already feel better. No pain at all. I’m glad I found a specialist who cares about his patients like Dr. Gould does. Everyone there has been so helpful and nice. Plus their office sent me an email wishing me happy birthday today! It made my day!

Very kind and professional service. My Sinuses feel better than they have in a long time. With the current weather I would typically be in severe suffering from a sinus infection and it has been a month since surgery and I feel a slight pressure but nothing close to what I normally feel like. I would highly recommend anyone with sinus issues to see Dr. Gould.

Dr. Gould and his team are amazing! Made me feel comfortable since day one and they are all caring and knowledgeable!! I had balloon sinus dilation and a uvulaplasty. Both procedures were done quickly in house with mininal discomfort! The dilation had zero pain after and I havent had a sinus infection in the 6 months since!! The uvulaplasty was a bit of a painful recovery for 2 weeks but well worth it in the end! I sleep great now and no more snoring!! Thanks again to Dr. Gould and his staff!! Keep up the great work!!!!
