Dr. Gould is great! I was addicted to Afrin spray on & off for years (which is a complete nightmare & raises blood pressure) & I've had breathing problems my whole life. I had the balloon sinus dilation and it has made a HUGE impact. I have never been more clear! I am 100% off the Afrin spray, which has lowered my blood pressure across the board. The post surgery budesonide nasal irrigation is great and helps me maintain a clear nasal airways 24/7. Don't wait! Go see Dr. Gould!
