Director of Clinical
After graduating with an Associates Degree in Nursing from Jefferson College, Megan spent 8 years as an Operating Room Circulator. In that role, she prepped patients for surgery and assisted Surgeons and Anesthesiologist during surgery.
In August of 2012, she joined the Synergy ENT Specialists Team as the Surgical Nurse Coordinator. Megan's responsibilities included patient triage, surgery/procedure scheduling, and assisting with in-office procedures, CT imaging and patient care.
After the opening of our second office in 2016, Megan was promoted to Direct of Clinic. In this role, Megan manages the day-today clinic schedules for all providers as well as the clinic staffing and development. She also schedules all surgeries and procedures and leads the team that assists with all in-office procedures.
